This is a general estimate only. Your real price could be lower or higher depending on plant density, slope and access, debris and overgrowth, gates/pets, and the exact scope you choose. Tree pruning over ~12 ft, large cleanups, and one-time work are quoted separately.
How this estimate is calculated
We build each visit from the work your yard actually needs, then multiply by how often we come out:
- A base visit charge that covers travel, blowing, weeding, and a general tidy
- Mowing & edging priced by lawn square footage
- Weeding & cleanup of gravel / desert areas by square footage
- Shrub trimming and routine tree care by how many you have
- An irrigation check & adjustment when you have a system
Every visit has a $125 minimum — a truck roll never bills below that — so smaller yards may show $125 per visit on every frequency. Less-frequent visits cost a little more each time because there's more growth to deal with, and each watering system you check off adds a small system check. Figures reflect typical Tucson / Pima County maintenance pricing, and the range shown is about 15% to reflect real-world variation — a site visit gives you the exact number.
